A central position but away from the chaos and with a view over the Gulf of Naples, the new ma- nagement under Bernardo Cigliano has focused on quality. A revised menu and over 400 wines, today makes “L’innominato” loved for its seafood specialties and meat dishes. The hors d’oeuvre, tuna and pistachio risotto served in the shape of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, in addition to the Sal De Riso dessert and many others, have long won even the most hard to please guests over. The shuttle bus return service is altogether commendable: one can book it in the Ischia district. The piano bar on Saturdays and folk Neapolitan nights are also very popular.
