Right here at the “Purticciul” the bucatini cozze e pecorino (bucatini with mussels and pecorino cheese) recipe was created in the ‘70s. In this welcoming restaurant filled with typical products, Pino Fedele and his wife Anna continue the great Mamma Maria’s culinary tradition, the “stoves star” who, since the ‘50s on the Riva Destra of Ischia’s port, won everyone over with unique flavours and a great intimacy atmosphere. Her customers –among which seve- ral V.I.P.s – come back every year. Fresh fish, shellfish and seafish are the basics of their ingredients, which today wink at crudités’ lovers with absolutely unique preparations. A must-try, without hesitation!
