Attimo di Vino

Raimondo Triolo defines his activity as “enogastronomia marina” loosely translated as “wine gastronomy and seafood”. Located at the bottom
of the Riva Destra del Porto, almost as if to separate itself from the bustle of the town centre, “Un Attimo diVino” scrupulously follows the
philosophy of “no menu, only the day’s shopping, suggestions welcome”. Here then, in a dining room furnished with bottles, with only 30 covers, dining becomes a scene of genuine delight: try the memorable appetizer, first course, main course, all made from various parts of the same fish. Nor should you miss the performance of musician Valerio Sgarra.
