The Atelier delle Dolcezze is located in the nineteen- th-century building where Ischian artists Luigi, Federico and Giovanni De Angelis lived and was also visited by pro- minent personalities, such as Pasolini, Montale and many others. It associates its well-known artisanal ice-cream parlour (using fresh milk and cream only) and its “Maglio 1875” chocolate point of sale to its own art gallery. The absolute originality of flavours, such as chocolate, almond milk, Giffoni almonds and Bronte Pistachios joins its tradi- tional hot chocolate, the “nude ones” (fruit from the South, covered with 60% bitter chocolate) and many other spe- cialty sweets, together with a rich selection of spirits and gift ideas from the Atelier.
